On 27 July, Saint-Tropez did what it does best in high season: provided the backdrop for a party that left nothing to chance. Shana Loustau, journalist and co-host of the W9 show Tout beau, tout neuf, was turning 30. Her partner, Cyril Hanouna, apparently had no intention of letting the occasion pass quietly.
According to Closer magazine, the reception had been months in the making. The venue itself was to be disclosed to guests only at the last minute, keeping prying eyes at bay, a small but telling detail about how carefully the evening was engineered. On a port where nothing stays secret for long, that kind of planning takes effort.
The couple has been public since mid-July. Spotted hand in hand through the village streets, on the port, on yachts, Hanouna and Loustau stopped pretending. She had left CNews in 2025 before joining him on W9; he reportedly took an unusual amount of time before things moved forward, fourteen months between their first meeting and their first kiss.
A sizeable guest list of well-known faces was expected for the evening. And so the village played its part once again: a setting that lends weight to anything, even a birthday, simply by being itself.
