La Petite Plage
Très bien
The Costes house recipe applied to a pocket-sized urban beach, wedged right next to the port. Parisian-chic, unapologetic about it, and the food lands. Salad of heirloom tomatoes, tuna tataki, squid-ink risotto. White polo shirts, background music, rosé flowing steady. You know what you're walking into.
Not the village hunting for roots, but a clean lunch move if you want the Saint-Trop picture without the pilgrimage to Pampelonne or the bill that follows.

La Ponche
Remarquable
La Ponche's table, where Sagan and Schneider spent their summers. Salt-tinged cooking, bay views, service that knows what it is doing.
Chez Madeleine
Très bien
Oysters at the counter at dawn, facing the market. Where locals actually begin their morning.
Le Girelier
Remarquable
Bouillabaisse to order ahead, run by the same family for three generations. Terrace shaded by a plane tree, port-side.
